CEP's mission is to help educators help disadvantaged children reach their highest potential and increase their test scores.


Vision

We envision instructional leaders that:

  • Provide the resources, feedback and moral support teachers need to be able to improve their teaching
  • Use data to provide immediate feedback and support for teachers
  • Hold staff accountable for implementing best practices
  • Know how to guide and facilitate efficient meetings
  • Take ownership of their school’s performance

We envision teachers that:

  • Know how to guide and facilitate their students’ learning
  • Are able to experiment with new ideas and technologies
  • Use data to provide immediate feedback and learning opportunities for their students
  • Take ownership of their school’s performance
