CEP helps schools create a culture of openness and high academic achievement. We use a scaffolded approach because we believe the best way to improve core behavior is to present new learning in parcels of basics and fundamentals.


Our program begins with a “big picture” overview so that everyone can recognize and understand the value of professional development in schools. Our next step is to demonstrate what effective implementation of new and efficient teaching strategies look like.


Students and educators who approach new learning with calm and confidence are open to new ways of thinking and doing. With heightened expectations and powerful new tools to improve students’ learning capabilities, test scores go up and school performance improves.


CEP's services and tools are designed to help teachers, team leaders and administrators create new, efficient processes for reaching their goals. We enhance success by providing the fundamental framework, metrics and evaluation tools school leaders need for measuring progress. Using an accessible process that they themselves help to create, teachers quickly become effective at planning, implementation and assessment. Positive classroom results soon follow.
